Within Banca del Sempione Group, asset management and the offer of financial and estate planning services is completed by Banca del Sempione (Overseas) Ltd., a credit institution set up in Nassau, The Bahamas, in 2000, and 100% owned by the Swiss parent company.

The role of the Bank is that of providing its clientele with international expertise and services for investments and asset management, also with a view to the transfer of wealth from one generation to another. The Bank also guarantees a privileged access to activities and transactions overseas, in particular in the Latin American area.

The operations of  Banca del Sempione (Overseas) Ltd. are carried out under the direct control of the parent company Banca del Sempione SA and in full respect of the transparency provisions that govern international markets.
